This meant strengthening the foundations of our self-guided walking and cycling holidays - experiences that naturally offer a lower-impact way to explore the world while delivering meaningful benefits to the communities we visit.
Our partnerships remained central to this approach. Working closely with locally owned accommodations, transport providers, and suppliers, we deepened long-standing relationships and ensured that the value of travel is shared more directly within the regions we operate. These collaborations are not just operational - they’re part of how we ensure our trips remain rooted in local knowledge, character, and care.
We also placed strong emphasis on listening. Feedback from our team, partners, and adventurers played a key role in shaping incremental improvements across our trips and internal processes. This ongoing dialogue reinforces our belief that sustainability isn’t a fixed destination, but something that evolves through attention, learning, and adaptation.
Building on previous commitments, we continued to develop our understanding of our carbon footprint and increase support for trail maintenance - helping protect the landscapes we love to explore.
