Over the past year, we made big moves: we boosted our support for trail conservation, improved training and benefits for our team, upped our sustainability efforts, and made sure our customers had an even better, more responsible travel experience. Some standout wins? We got B Corp-certified, increased our financial contributions to path maintenance, eliminated single-use plastics, and offset 100% of our business carbon emissions. But we’re not stopping there. In 2025, we’re aiming higher—going paper-free wherever possible, making sustainability a bigger part of our supply chain, improving customer safety measures, and continuing to grow our impact.
